This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built ca. 1901. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is stone. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are historic vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Art glass window on front porch. There is a single-story, full-width partially enclosed characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts. Permit for 1915 porch addition by contractors Harper & Butendorff. Porch was partially enclosed in 1960.
