This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built ca. 1901. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is box frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are modern wood shingles and modern aluminum siding. Original siding is likely underneath the shingles and siding. Aluminum siding on front porch. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are historic vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Art glass window on front porch. There is a single-story, full-width partially enclosed characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts. Permit for 1915 porch addition by contractors Harper & Butendorff. Porch was partially enclosed in 1960.
