Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Neo-Classical style built in 1903. The structural system is frame. The foundation is brick and poured concrete. Exterior walls are original wood clapboard. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and four gabled dormers. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney and one side left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 12/1 double-hung sashes. There is a two-story, partial-width open porch characterized by a pedimented temple front roof clad in asphalt shingles with ionic fluted wood posts. Entry porch and primary facade face Chicago Avenue.
