This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Italian Renaissance Revival style built in 1924. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are original brick. Limestone trim. The building has a hip roof clad in original clay tiles with parapet walls and crenellated. South and west wings with flat roofs and crenellated parapets create the look of a castle. There is one side left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Also casements and French doors with decorative muntin pattern. There is a single-bay central veranda.
