Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1918. The structural system is frame. The foundation is raised. Exterior walls are original brick veneer. The building has a medium side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with open cornice and brackets and two gabled dormers. There is center, straddle ridge, brick flue. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes.
