This is a 1-story, 3-bay house in the Craftsman style built in the period 1910-1919. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and brackets. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Two original vertical 4/1 double hung windows in gable end. There is a single-story, two-bay enclosed porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles.
