This is a 2-story, 3-bay house built in the period 1890-1899. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a hipped gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one offset left, rear slope, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay enclosed porch characterized by a shed roof clad in asphalt shingles.
