This is a 1-story, 4-bay house in the Minimal Traditional style built ca. 1960. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are original press board and vertical plank siding. The building has a medium side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. No chimney is present. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with modern decorative metal posts. There is a single-story, front, dormer addition. A dormer was added and the garage was converted to living space.
