This is a 1.5-story, 4-bay house in the Minimal Traditional style built in the period 1930-1939. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement press board. The building has a gabled ell roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one offset left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 6/6 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in metal with square wood posts.
