This is a 2-story, 4-bay house in the Folk/Traditional style built in the period 1890-1899. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a gabled ell roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. No chimney is present. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a two-story, three-bay veranda with square wood posts.
