This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Shingle Style with Bungalow/craftsman influences built in the period 1910-1919. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement press board. The building has a high side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two hip-roofed dormers. No chimneys. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in asphalt shingles with battered wood posts on square brick piers.
