The building has a high hip roof clad in original terra-cotta tiles. There is one offset left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 6/6 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on square brick piers.
