This is a 2-story, 3-bay house in the Prairie School style built ca. 1923. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a high hip roof clad in original terra-cotta tiles. There is one offset left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 6/6 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on square brick piers.
