This is a 1.5-story, 4-bay house in the Minimal Traditional style built in the period 1950-1959. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement stucco and replacement synthetic panels. The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. No chimney present. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay umbrage characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in asphalt shingles with modern decorative metal posts on square brick piers.
