This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Bungalow/craftsman style built in the period 1920-1929. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are replacement asbestos. The building has a high side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two gabled dormers. No chimney is present. Windows are original wood, vertical 5/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on square brick piers.
