The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one offset left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with short battered wood posts on square rock face block piers.
