This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Craftsman style built in the period 1910-1919. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and exposed rafters. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, vertical 4/1 double-hung sashes. There are also vertical 6/1 and 2/1 windows depending on size of opening. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on square brick piers.
