Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story, 2-bay house in the Craftsman style built in the period 1900-1909. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original stucco and original brick. The building has a front gable roof clad in original terra-cotta tiles with raked open cornice and elaborated rafter ends. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 3/1 double-hung sashes. Some replacement 1/1 vinyl double hung. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on square brick piers. Also includes brick column supported portico on left side. There is a single-story, side, modern deck addition.
