The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. No chimney present. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts on square wood piers. There is a single-story, rear, frame addition. Regular block foundation and frame rear addition. Retains rectangular shape.
