This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Craftsman style built in the period 1920-1929. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a medium side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and shed-roofed dormers. No chimneys present. Windows are original wood, 9/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on square brick piers. There is a single-story, rear, enclosed porch addition.
