This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Craftsman style built in the period 1900-1909. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two shed-roofed dormers. There is one offset right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, vertical 4/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on square stuccoed piers.
