This is a 2.5-story, 2-bay house built in the period 1890-1899. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on square brick piers.
