This is a 1-story, 2-bay house in the Craftsman style built in the period 1890-1899. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are replacement aluminum siding. The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side right, side slope, metal pipe chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span umbrage characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in asphalt shingles with square concrete block posts on square concrete block piers.
