This is a 1-story, 2-bay house in the Craftsman style built in the period 1910-1919. The foundation is poured concrete. Exterior walls are replacement aluminum siding. The building has a high front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and exposed rafters. There is one side right, exterior, metal pipe chimney. Windows are original wood, vertical 4/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in asphalt shingles with square concrete block posts on square concrete block piers.
