This infill house was constructed after 1914. The 1906 and 1914 Sanborn maps show a different house at the parcel.

This is a 1.5-story, 4-bay house in the Craftsman style built in the period 1920-1929. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement metal. There is one offset right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, vertical 5/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on square brick piers.
