This is a 1-story, 2-bay house in the Eclectic style built in the period 1890-1899. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are replacement asbestos. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side right, side slope, metalworkp chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a hip-and-gable roof clad in asphalt shingles with battered wood posts.
