This is a 1-story, multiple-bay domestic building in the Federal style with 20th Century Commercial influences built in the period 1850-1859. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a medium side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice. Windows are replacement wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, side, brick addition. Attached single-story commercial structure.
