Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story, 3-bay domestic building built in the period 1900-1909. The building is square in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick veneer. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and dentil moulding and two gabled dormers. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a two-story, single-bay portico characterized by a gabled roof clad in an undetermined material with round cementitious posts.
