This is a 2-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Folk/Traditional style with Late Victorian influences built in the period 1930-1939. The structural system is frame. The foundation is rusticated concrete block. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with flush eaves and two gabled dormers. There is one offset right, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood double-hung sashes. The doorway is original, wood, multi-light.
