Architectural Description:

This is a 1-story domestic building in the Queen Anne style built in the period 1900-1909. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original weatherboard. The building has a low hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice. The original roof has been replaced and perhaps a second story element has been removed. The chimneys have been removed. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch with classical wood posts.
