This is a 2-story domestic building in the Queen Anne style built in the period 1910-1919. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original weatherboard. The building has a pyramidal roof clad in replacement artificial slate shingles. There are two interior brick chimneys. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a wrap around porch element.
