This is a 2-story, multiple-bay domestic building in the Craftsman style built in the period 1930-1939. The building is square in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a bellcast hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with open cornice and brackets and two hip-roofed dormers. Windows are original wood, 6/1 double-hung sashes. There are two doorways, each located below a covered portico and each flanked by multi-pane sidelights. The doorways appear to be original.
