This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Late Victorian style with Queen Anne influences built in 1900. The structural system is balloon frame. The foundation is piers. Exterior walls are original wood siding and original wood shingles. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof with turned wood posts on square wood piers.
