This is a split-story house in the Neofrench style built in 1978. The building is rectangular in plan. Exterior walls are original wood siding and original stone veneer. The building has a side gable roof clad in original asphalt shingles. Windows are original wood, 6/6 double-hung sashes. Stoop. Centered under overhang.
