Notable
This is a 1-story residential building in the Shed style built in 1973. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is balloon frame. The foundation is concrete. Exterior walls are original vertical wood siding. The building has a multi-plane shed roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with flush eaves. There is one offset right, exterior, stone veneer chimney and one offset left, exterior, stone veneer chimney. The two chimneys are located on the front (northwest) facade. The angled chimney tops extend above the roofline but match the slope of the roof. Windows are original fixed windows. The house features clerestory windows on the shed roof cornices where the shed roof extends above other rooflines. There is a single-story, entry porch. The rear wing of the building is likely an early addition. The primary entry is centered on the front (northwest) facade and features a wood deck structure.
