This is a 2-story, 5-bay residential building in the Contemporary style built ca. 1956. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is balloon frame. The foundation is concrete block. Exterior walls are original vertical wood siding and original concrete block. The building has a shed roof clad in replacement rubberized/asphalt composite with open cornice and exposed rafters. There is one offset right, side slope, stuccoed chimney and one brick chimney. The five bays across the front facade include four with glazing and one with original front door. Hopper windows below two of the fixed sash. Slider windows on front of bedroom wing with casement on North Elevation. Two original garage doors. Original light over front entry.

This is a 1.5-story, 6-bay house in the Greek Revival style with Vernacular influences built ca. 1840. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood siding. The building has a side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with open cornice and gable returns. There is a pair of gabled roof dormers on the north side of the house and a pair on the south side of the house. Windows are original wood, 6/6 double-hung sashes. The house also includes 4/4 light sash. The front porch consists of a concrete slap. There is no porch cover. This is a double pen with two front entrances located in the façade. There is a 1.5-story, rear and side, frame addition. There is an older addition on the rear and side of the house.

This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay residential building in the Tudor Revival style built ca. 1929. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is undetermined. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a low cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, brick chimney. Chimney includes ornate brick detailing and clay vents. Windows are original steel, 8-light single-light casements. The primary entryway is located in the center of the facade and features an original wood, Tudor-style door. The doorway is arched and includes an arched brick lintel.

The primary entryway is located in the center of the façade.

24. 3848 E 106th St
This is a 1-story, 5-bay school in the vernacular style with Romanesque Revival influences built in 1903. The building is t in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are replacement brick and replacement brick. The building has a high hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one gabled dormer. This building features a front gabled entryway, but the side and rear roof sections are hipped. There is one brick chimney that protrudes through the roof at the rear of the building. Windows are replacement aluminum, 2/2 double-hung sashes. The front entryway includes a small porch area. Since this school was converted to a residence, it now features a wood deck off to the east side of the building. The primary entryway is located in the center of the façade.
