Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a medium hip roof clad in historic asphalt shingles. There is one offset right, front slope, brick chimney. Front facade features 2 (horizonal): 2 (horizonal) double-hung windows. There is a single-story, single-bay entry stoop characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles. 2nd projecting gabled stoop on west elevation.
