This is a 1-story, 3-bay house in the No Academic Style built in 1950. The structural system is frame. The foundation is continuous brick. Exterior walls are historic weatherboard. The building has a medium side gable roof clad in historic asphalt shingles. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay veranda characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts. Based on tax records the front veranda was screen enclosed sometime after 2006.
