This is a 1.5-story, 3-bay house in the Colonial Revival style built in 1962. The building is l in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is continuous brick. Exterior walls are weatherboard. The building has a high side gable roof clad in asphalt shingles. Windows are original wood, 9/9 double-hung sashes. There is a carport addition.
