This is a 2-story, 3-bay house in the Monterey style built in 1946. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is balloon frame. Brick veneer, board and batten, and weatherboard. The building has a low side gable roof clad in asphalt shingles. Windows are original wood, 8/8 double-hung sashes. Second story balcony.
