The 1914 Hilsman Heights subdivision is bounded by Madison, Monroe, Second, and Palymyra. In 1915, the subdivision was expanded upon to include two blocks west of Madison to Davis between Second and Fourth Streets. This addition was titled the "Rawson Park and Hilsman Heights." Today, this expansion is part of what is generally referred to as Rawson Circle, and located within Rawson Park/Circle Subdivision.
