This is a 1-story house in the English Vernacular Revival style built before 1935. The structural system is balloon frame. Exterior walls are brick veneer and stucco. Half-timbering in stuccoed gable ends. The building has a cross gable roof clad in asphalt shingles with raked box cornice and eave returns.
