This is a 3-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Miami Modern style with International influences built in 1948. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is spread footing. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum sliding. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof. Porch at first floor level ornamented with breek veneer and limited terrazzo floor designs. Primary entryway off-center at porch level (slightly to north end of porch); Simple glass double-door; Just before door is tri-colored terrazzo floor design.
