This is a 3-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Miami Modern style with International influences built in 1948. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is spread footing. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum sliding. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof. Porch at first floor level ornamented with breek veneer and limited terrazzo floor designs. Primary entryway off-center at porch level (slightly to north end of porch); Simple glass double-door; Just before door is tri-colored terrazzo floor design.
