This is a 3-story domestic building in the Art Deco style built in 1935. The structural system is cement blocks. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco and pre-cast concrete. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum jalacy casement. Fixed metal casement; Jalousies on side elevation windows; Large window blocks/panes on each side of main entrance of larger dimension than 2nd, 3rd and 4th story windows. Arial narrow. Stepped entrance with beige and green terrazzo flooring with ornamental "C" lettering; Original main lobby desk undulating in northwest corner of entrance; Original green faux marble countertops; Fireplace in entrance foyer on green colored wall with ziggurat recesses; Three horizontal white lines on top of fireplace opening.
