This is a 3-story commercial building in the Miami Modern style built in 1953. The structural system is concrete block. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco. Metal. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum fixed. SHS; Metal casement; Grouped; Large glass window openings. Open terrace on ground floor. Arched ceiling in the ground floor interior space area, near side openings. There is an addition. Building used to be 2/3 level split, with projecting north tower.
