This is a 3-story commercial building in the Miami Modern style built in 1953. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco. Metal. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum fixed. SHS; Metal casement; Grouped; Large glass window openings. Open terrace on ground floor. Arched ceiling in the ground floor interior space area, near side openings. There is an addition. Building used to be 2/3 level split, with projecting north tower.
