This is a 3-story, 4-bay domestic building in the Miami Modern style with International influences built in 1948. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum sliding. There is a single-story, full-span open porch characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof. Porch is ornamented only by decorative terrazzo flooring and stuccoed and brick veneer railing. Primary entryway is a simple glass door that is unornamented on the north end of the primary facade on Ocean Drive; Single-colored terrazzo flooring infront of and behind primary entryway.
