This is a 1-story domestic building in the Other style built in 1930. The building is square in plan. The structural system is concrete block. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum fixed. Windows along the east elevation are all fixed and used as display for retail shops inside. No porch. Two primary entryways service two separate retail spaces; Both entryways are slightly off-center to the left of their respective storefronts; Single glass door with surrounding fixed windows. There is a single-story, rear, extension addition. Additional space built up on the west side of the original structure (not visible from the street).
