This is a 1-story commercial building in the Other style built in 1964. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are original stucco and original marble stone. The building has a flat roof clad in replacement gravel. Windows are aluminum sliding. No porch; Narrow space in front of the building's primary facade (west elevation) is shaded and covered by extending roofline and rectangular arcaded design. Primary entryway is centered on west elevation up a split ramp.
