This is a 2-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Art Deco style built in 1934. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. Glass block ornamentation on the central bay of the south elevation. There is a full-span open patio characterized by a none roof. Narrow open patio on street-level along the east elevation; Low-lying stuccoed balustrade. Primary entryway is centered on the east elevation; Doorway protrudes slightly from the rest of the building with a protruding rectangular pilaster on either side; Rounded eyebrow directly above doorway.
