This is a 2-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Art Deco style built in 1934. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. Glass block ornamentation on the central bay of the south elevation. There is a full-span open patio characterized by a none roof. Narrow open patio on street-level along the east elevation; Low-lying stuccoed balustrade. Primary entryway is centered on the east elevation; Doorway protrudes slightly from the rest of the building with a protruding rectangular pilaster on either side; Rounded eyebrow directly above doorway.
