This is a 1-story commercial building in the Art Deco style with Streamlined Moderne influences built in 1940. The building is rectangular in plan. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement fixed. Primary windows are fixed along the north and east elevations. No porch. Rounded corner main entryway on the northeast corner of the building surrounded by glass block.
