This is a 2-story, 2-bay domestic building in the Miami Modern style built in 1966. The building is rectangular in plan. The foundation is spread footing. Vertical paneling of unknown material on the west elevation appears to be the primary exterior materials, coated over by paint. The building has a gable roof. Windows are replacement aluminum sliding. Only two small windows on the entire west elevation; Majority of the windows are on the north and south elevations. No porch. No apparent primary entryway; All apartment units are accessed through individual entryways.
