This is a 2-story, 3-bay domestic building in the Other style with Mediterranean Revival influences built in 1923. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is concrete block stucco. The foundation is reinforced concrete. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. On outer bays, at the first and second floor levels are a row of three continuous single-hung sash windows; On the central bay at the second floor level are two stand-alone single-hung sash windows. No porch. Primary entryway is centered on the east elevation, along Collins Avenue; Doors are up five steps, nestled into the building with the "Bendle Apartments" bas relief signage directly above the beginning of the steps.
